As a team we will all have roles, rules and regulation in which to follow.  Team members will facilitate a supportive environment showing respect for each team member. We will not criticize ideas and will communicate effectively to mitigate conflict. We achieve the highest level of performance possible.

We will achieve the highest success possible on both individual and team events, training and education while helping each team member and those around us. We will focus our competitive spirit on excellence, not only defining excellence in terms of score, but in learning and improving.

 

EXPECTATIONS

Though we all have careers and personal lives, ALL members shall attempt to make as many team meetings as possible.  Members will attempt to gain as much knowledge and training, not only to benefit themselves and the group in competition, but also to pass on that knowledge to educate others.  We will strive to educate those who are fearful of who we are and what we do with statistical knowledge, education and understanding of the firearms culture.

We are a diverse group with multiple career and ethnic backgrounds. We are all committed to embracing our diversity, learning from each other, relying on individual strengths to better the team as a whole, and communicating effectively in order to minimize conflict.  We are committed to do everything possible to learn.

 

INTEGRITY

We will abide by all aspects of honor. Team members in conflict will communicate directly and move forward.  We will keep our lives in and out of the team with responsibility.  Others’ will look at us as role models and therefore, we will use no illegal controlled substances, receive no criminal charges in regards to felonious activities, and have no misdemeanor domestic violence charges.  In simplest terms, we shall do what is right.
